The Valencia Beach Marina apartment is located in El Grau, it is very bright, easily accessible and close to all services. With a 20-minute walk, approximately, along the Avenida del Puerto we arrive directly at the Marina of Valencia , known as a public space where gastronomy, nautical and innovation come together; Malvarrosa beach is also a few meters from the seafront.

The decoration is minimalist with warm and welcoming details, resulting in a balanced and serene atmosphere. It is an apartment with all the comforts . Ideal to rest and disconnect and for all types of travelers.

All the spaces of the apartment are for the use and enjoyment of the guests.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS 

The area where the Valencia Beach Marina is located is made up of typical restaurants and bars in the neighborhood . For a few days you will be one more Valencian, with welcoming and close people. A few meters away is Avenida del Puerto, where there are also several supermarkets and shops and that goes directly to the Marina and the beaches of Valencia.

The Oceanographic and the entire city of Sciences and Arts are located in Turia Park, just a few minutes walk away. 

There are 2 free public parking places a few meters from the Valencia Beach Marina apartment. 

ADDRESSES 

- From the airport , the Maritim-Serrería line leaves you at the Ayora station an 8-minute walk to the apartment. If you arrive at night, the best option is the taxi. 

- Apartment bus - town hall : Line 4 of the Bus runs from Iles Canaries - Trafalgar streets to Valencia-Ateneo Town Hall.

- Metro apartment - town hall: line 5 Ayora - Colón Metro Station, leaves you very close to the Town Hall and the Plaza de Toros. 

-Other options are bus, taxi, Uber or Cabify.
